The interview was what they called a "Structural Interview." There were a set amount of cookie-cutter questions, which were very vaguely technical in nature. The questions were general. Hiring managers stated that they were going to phone interviews

Brief phone interview with 5 questions. Followed by an on-site interview where you met with several managers that you would potentially work for. Plant tour. Offer was presented via email several weeks later.

The interview process took about two weeks. The full hiring process took about a month to two months after that. The interview took place over the phone with the hiring manager of the department. There were detailed and some tricky situational questi
