The interview was a conference call over the phone. It was very structured in that only about 7 to 10 very specific questions were answered. One of the questions had to deal with previous leadership experience and how you dealt with group conflicts.

Able to pick from a multitude of job postings and interview for the positions I was interested in. They were trying to sell the position to us, rather than me trying to sell myself to them.

Three managers interviewed me. All the questions were behavioral questions. Have a structured method of answering the questions. They rank you at the end with numbers on how good you did in the interview.
