Process
I was contacted by a recruiter regarding an open position in the Manchester office. After an initial call, we scheduled the first technical interview. I was informed that I would receive an answer within three to five days following my interview. I have followed up with both individuals I was in contact with at Booking.com, but I have received no reply. There seems to be no consideration for the candidate's time whatsoever. Sending a simple courtesy email informing a candidate of their success or lack thereof does not cost anything.
