Lots of Perl. Lots of arguments about Perl. Some opinionated people who discourage other people's opinions. Very non-tests culture. They have a specific partner support team, who's supposed to help your partner settle in Amsterdam, but it's awful. Usually the benefits are like "Pay for a tea once a week"; they're not even allowed to go to the end-of-year party.
