Pros
  • Compensation is above average in the Netherlands.
  • Booking is a market leader. If you like high-traffic platforms, this is one of them.
Cons
  • Technically, the platform doesn't follow best practices on architecture, which makes it difficult to evolve.
  • Human Resources is nearly non-existent. There is no direct contact to HR, and if you have an issue, it can take weeks to even get your question acknowledged.
Advice to Management

How can employees commit to the company when the company shows so little commitment toward its employees?
