Pros

Great campus, good food. Nice culture. Good work-life balance. Happy with compensation. It is a big company, with lots of opportunities.

Cons
  • It is a big company, hard to collaborate, and there are many meetings. I was in 1/5 of the day-to-day meetings compared to my previous company.
  • The "move fast" strategy brings lots of tech debt (already). I have doubts about how much we prioritize future-proof design compared to implementation.
  • Perks (booking benefits) could be slightly better, folks.
  • Seeing more snack options would be super cool.
Advice to Management

On the technical side, please let's focus on a particular big project and get that done, rather than 4-5 big projects (potentially impacting/blocking each other) due to many having dependencies.
