The company perks are not as good as you'd expect from a name such as Booking.com.
Teams mostly work in silos, so it's extremely difficult to get things done when multiple teams are required to do something.
Your work rarely has a big impact; we are small cogs in a huge machine.
Increase agility among teams and break down silos.
