I regret joining Booking
- Salary above par with the local market.
- Totally clueless leadership: Company hired greedily for the last 2 years and is now laying off. They are following a cheap technique of hiring and firing people from other American companies for short-term gains.
- Profit is the priority for the company at the expense of the employee: Apart from the legal minimum, there are no employee benefits.
- No career growth at all.
- A lot of internal politics.
