Pros: - Everyone you work with is hardworking and brilliant.
- I had an amazing company culture in my org, with the best managers and teams I have worked with.
- Plenty of room for growth, and it was never a toxic place to work.
- Company benefits used to be amazing with top-notch swag and multiple offsites; now we are just tight on budget.
- Remote work with city hubs and WeWork benefits.
Cons: - Peaked as a company last year. We were a rocketship that's now steered off course with poor leadership.
- Expect tight deadlines and long hours every now and then.
- The best people I had the pleasure of working with were either laid off or are leaving now.
- Despite everything, Brex was still the best place I worked at in my career.
