Pros

The company is now remote-first and has worked hard to make the necessary cultural changes to support this, including moving towards a written culture of communication rather than endless Zoom meetings (similar to Amazon's memo culture).

Everyone I've met is smart and hardworking and happy to help out. There's a constant feedback process, as the leadership team and managers are open to improvements in the company's processes.

Cons

My specific team is relatively new, so there are still some processes being fleshed out.
