Process
This was a typical interview, similar to those one would have with other companies. There were five or six interviewers, and the focus was entirely on technical questions.
Most of the questions covered basic concepts, with nothing fancy or tricky. The topics ranged widely, including:
- Transistor models
- Circuit design
- System-level considerations
- A bit on the DSP side

Pros: Ok base salary and great stocks/bonus.
Work colleagues are very supportive.
Cons: Politics within the management chain means unattainable deadlines are initially set, and then a game of poker is played as to who takes the blame for project schedules shifting.
CEO is actively monitoring office attendance. Working from home is not allowed unless it is a weekend, Bank Holiday, or in the evening.
Teams lurch between waiting ages for marketing to sign off on projects to having far too many active projects in one go.
