Pros: Good salary, equity, bonus.
Good engineers.
Cons: Little interest in employee welfare.
No work-life balance.
Gender discrimination.
Disability discrimination.
Under unlimited vacation policies, not even a fair amount of time off is given.
Pregnancy time was manipulated.
Very, very bad things are happening here. Beware!

Pros: The health insurance is good and the Irvine campus is nice.
Cons: The IT department is of very low caliber. Most of the real work is done by contractors, "managed" from Irvine.
In reality, nobody knows anything and just hopes that the contractors know their stuff. The funny part is that the full-time employees always try to look busy, going to seven meetings a day to just fill their hours.
If you really want to learn something or do actual work, maybe you should look elsewhere. I guess with Avago, things will look even worse.
