I found this position through a job agency.

I had three rounds of phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview. The on-site interview was a group session. Attendees included my direct reporting managers, co-workers, the director, and other stakeholders. It lasted three hours.

The interview was not very difficult; it was more about introducing what I did, what I accomplished, and the most challenging situations I had encountered in the past.
