I was interviewed by three people.
They first went through my resume and asked about my projects, explaining the technical merits of each.
They also "tested" my programming knowledge whilst asking about my projects.
They then asked typical technical programming questions, including pointer manipulations, bit manipulations, etc. Hardware questions were also asked.
Overall, a positive experience, and the interviewers were extremely positive and friendly.
