Pros: Really good salary and, in my case, I was with the same team for 10+ years, so chemistry was almost perfect.
Cons: Upper management does not want to invest in innovation. They simply want to buy up other companies, trim the fat, drive up the share price, and then rinse and repeat.
The CEO is very egotistical. He thinks he knows what's going on inside each business unit, which is impossible.
