Directly onsite.
As I already had 3+ years of experience in the Networking Industry, I was interviewing for the Data Center ASIC group.
There were 5 (1-on-1) technical interviews:
- Difference between C and scripting languages.
- Number of 1's in a number.
- Replacing bits in a 32-bit number.
- Programming question where I had to use an offset macro.
- How a packet traverses in a switch (describe various tables used).
- Semaphore implementation.
- How a switch decides whether to switch or route a packet (MYMAC and IP address).
- ARP, ICMP working.

There was a lot of focus on Networking and OS. Overall, it was a good experience, and the people were good to talk with.
