An external recruiter, cooperating with the company, approached me and organized phone interviews, travel, and a face-to-face interview.

The telephone interview lasted about an hour. Half of the time was spent introducing me to the company by a manager, and the other half consisted of questions about my motivation, skills, background, and career aspirations.

The second interview, held in the office, focused primarily on technical details and questions, and also included a programming test.
