The first part of the process consisted of a 30-minute phone interview. The manager asked me to describe myself, my educational goals, and relevant knowledge/experience. The questions were not terribly technical in this part.
Next, an afternoon of in-person interviews was set up. I received an itinerary of 6 back-to-back interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. I stayed in the same room while the interviewers came in one at a time.
At the in-person interview, a few non-technical questions focused on teamwork and cooperation skills. The majority were technical questions, varying from basic software theory to being given actual code to write and debug. The coding examples ranged from approximately 2nd to 3rd year college level.
