Broadcom is probably the company that, in terms of shares, rewards much more than all the other big companies (it didn't hurt that the share value jumped in the last two years).
In terms of vibes, I believe it depends on the group. The group I work in has great dynamics, with good and strong people to learn from and work with.
As a general rule, Broadcom does not take care of employees' well-being, such as with holiday gifts, etc. These are very marginal and negligible things.
