Broadcom is up and coming and has a strong pull in many different fields, therefore it is better able to manage during a recession than many other companies.

The employees are hardworking and very motivated.

Communication moves quickly with constant emails throughout.

There is a heavy workload and weak communication between groups.

Broadcom is up and coming and has a strong pull in many different fields, therefore it is better able to manage during a recession than many other companies. The employees are hard-working and very motivated. Communication moves quick with constant emails throughout.

Keep the engineers more organized. I like the environment, but the dress code is loose, which I personally don't like. However, that may be a plus for other people. But not too many negatives. Although I don't like the fact that they waste money just like other companies. Yes!
