Unfriendly policies, but with great financials
Good in tech, but technical learning/growth is purely on individual interests.
Good money, as the stocks are doing great as of now.
Constant stress of layoff.
Unbelievably unfriendly policies during COVID times.
Adding some human touch to the policies will make Broadcom the best place to work.
