Good People, More Bureaucracy
Great people, ample opportunities, competitive pay.
More processes being added. Complacency and bureaucracy increasing. Less rewarding from the last couple of years.
It is the talented people who made Broadcom, but the latest policy changes (equity changes, more processes, cost-cutting measures) are not in the right direction to keep the talent.
