Excellent pay if you can hold on
Stock incentives are higher than any other place I've worked.
Base pay is not bad.
Yearly bonuses too.
It's a grinder. Expected to work a lot of hours and be available on weekends.
Lots of organizational churn. With that said, I knew that going into this position. The RSUs make up for it.
The company is very profitable, and the stock price keeps going up. Keep doing what you're doing.
