Pros

Great benefits, unlimited vacation (once approved by management), very high salaries, bonuses, and equity awards.

Cons

Once merged with Avago, our site was stripped of necessary office, lab, and on-site IT support, pushing many of those tasks onto engineering personnel. Work-life balance has diminished. Job content is not satisfying.
