- Very (advanced) technical-centric environment if you belong to a real R&D team (not AE/FAE).
- In general, high-competence co-workers and polite mid-level managers.
- Once decent pay (but declining...).
- In general, resourceful to help you complete your work.

The declining rate of compensation is too significant, and I can't see any plan (or even an excuse) from high management.

Differences (compensation, focal review, etc.) between BUs are huge and opaque.

There's more and more bureaucracy, even though it's already a big company with 13,000+ employees.
Keep transparency to your employees.
