The yearly bonus is nice. The company grows at an incredible pace, and if you get shares, they can double their value.
Company treats its employees like livestock. If you enjoy feeling like you’re a number in the system, you’ll get a lot out of it here. Management will soothe you with good-looking numbers, but will cancel or sell the whole project before you actually get anything. You won’t get a salary raise in years, so they save a bit of money and have better yearly reports.
