Bad management at engineering and executive levels, and the worst strategy team. People only care about their own survival, and no team players want to help others.
Please think from the point of view of future growth, not short-term stock appreciation numbers. Everyone only seems to be worried if they can survive from quarter to quarter. That's not a great way to innovate and be an industry leader.
Sadly, gone are the classic Broadcom days. Sigh!
