Salaries not being raised for 3 years, not even adjusted for inflation rate.
Your opinion is ignored and not respected whatsoever.
No opportunity to work from home.
Very outdated system of rating employees, punishing for getting a lower rating with cutting annual bonus to half and not getting stock options.
Micromanaging on all levels.
