This comes from a software engineer's perspective. Good, knowledgeable engineers to work with. Good benefits, stock plans. Some interesting software to work on.
Can be very fast-paced at times. Interesting work is not shared amongst all engineers within the team. Lack of interesting training for software professionals; training is more hardware-oriented. The shutdown of cellular division is a questionable business decision, but it is business after all.
Acquire fewer companies and try to be ahead of other companies instead of catching up. Forecast where the industry is going better.
