The company's prospects are very good. Management always informs employees of what is going on within the company. Nothing is held a secret. There is an open forum where employees and management can discuss anything. Employee opinions and suggestions are all considered. Broadcom prides itself on being generous with stock compensation, and seeing as how the stock is going up, everyone is motivated to work. There are also free drinks and food all the time, so this helps quite a bit in liking the work environment.
Since Richmond is a remote site, there is less budget for social activities. I don't know if all the other sites and headquarters have the same issue.
Give more budget to remote sites.
