Generous with resources needed to work, especially hardware equipment and software.
Centrally located office, so easy commute.
Close to Sunnyvale downtown, so good lunch options.
Frequent beer bashes and socials.
Big company culture, not enough recognition given to hard work by employees. I spent many weekends and late nights working. I was not treated well by customers. Sometimes management would create busy work which served no real purpose.
