I have been working at Avago-Brcm for over 10 years. The salary and benefits are good, as are the RSUs. The working environment is good, and the colleagues are good.
Lack of training, retrenchment is common. I have experienced a large scale of retrenchment; about 50% of the whole department was asked to leave on the same day.
Play less politics.
