A very competitive company in wireless communication, though still behind Qualcomm.
Working relationship with others is quite easy.
Good opportunities to learn new things.
Work can get quite challenging at times.
Sometimes you have to work overtime to finish your work.
Promotion opportunities in management are not promising.
Pay more attention to senior management; sometimes it is really confused regarding employee career management.
Be more aggressive and creative in new fields like LTE.

Test Engineer
There are two rounds for the contract base. One is a resume short list. Second is technical plus HR rounded. So, for the full core side, RF modulations, transmitters, and receivers are key. Also, respected block diagrams and mixers are important.
