I recently interviewed for a Large Language Model (LLM) Engineer position at ByteDance, and the experience was both intellectually stimulating and professionally enriching.
The interview process was well-structured, consisting of multiple rounds that assessed my proficiency in deep learning, natural language processing, and system design specific to large-scale model training and deployment.
The interviewers were highly knowledgeable and posed thoughtful questions, including those on transformer architectures, optimization strategies, and ByteDance's approach to model efficiency and scalability.
