Quality Analyst Interview Experience - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Process
The interview was a bit simple, but it was very hard to get the job. Some of the questions were easy, and others were too complicated, but they wanted more. The analyst role always involves root cause analysis. Maybe our current job is different from a content moderator analyst, but at least give us a chance to expand our experience as quality analysts to content moderator agents.
Questions
Easy question, but it always didn't meet their expectations.

- 4.0Great for a startQuality Analyst • Current EmployeeMoscow, Moskva, RussiaAugust 10, 2021Pros: - Social benefits - Lots of young employeesCons: - Salaries could be a lot better.
- 1.0Your biggest regret?Quality Analyst • Current EmployeeGurgaon, Haryana, IndiaJune 8, 2020Pros: Our workspace is the only good thing, but having 500 people is the saddest thing.Cons: The leads and HR management are worst, manipulative, and offer no salary increments. Your whole salary will get deducted in the name of bonus. IJP and promotions don't even work here. There are no benefits at all. The quality of the working environment is low, with unprofessional staff and management. HR will make you believe that you're getting paid more than you work, but the fact is you will get 15k, and some other person will get 50k for the same role, sometimes 70k for a basic content moderator. All your salary hikes and the promised in-hand salary will get flooded with a single unprofessional lead's decision.
- 3.0Good Food, Unstable ManagementQuality Analyst • Current EmployeeAugust 24, 2022Pros: The company is good at providing good food.Cons: The management is not stable and doesn't take a proper stand when required.
