- First coding round: I was informed to do a LeetCode-style interview, but it was more of a technical background discussion plus twenty minutes of LeetCode.
- Second coding round: Another technical and coding assessment.

Cons: It's a fast-paced environment. Be prepared to GRIND and HUSTLE. KPIs matter. High turnover rate, as they don't easily pass your probation period (6 months).
