I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks.

They were very focused on the aspect that the level of excellence was very high, and what I am thinking of overachieving is their normal. This is a cue for oversight in terms of a startup. They have the majority of their documentation in Chinese, and their leaders too. They have grown massively in the past, but you have to be okay with the startup culture. Don't get swayed by their other subsidiary companies.

They were interested in my achievements in the past role. They were also very interested in why I wanted to leave.
