Solutions Architect
Two-stage interview. Good technical knowledge from the hiring managers. They were keen to find someone who could be molded into the role rather than hiring a perfect person from day one.
Solutions Architect
The process was very smooth, from the recruiter call to the initial interview screening and the technical HackerRank test. I was contacted by a recruiter and then a lead from the group associated with the job listing.
Software Engineer
Technical interviews ask coding and algorithmic problems. There is also a soft skills section with STAR-like questions. Results come back fast, which I think was nice. Usually, there are three rounds of interviews.
