After the initial interview with HR, this is the first technical phase of the interview.
In the email, it was stated that there would be data modeling questions, but none were asked. They presented a hypothetical table and asked me to write some queries over that table using a shared Word document. They were lenient on syntax, rather wanting to see how I approached writing SQL logically.
The questions were relatively easy, but understanding the question was the key.
