I had an initial HR interview, which went very well, followed by a technical interview.
Then came a whole morning with four interviews, which was honestly exhausting. During the two coding sessions, I felt real pressure.
I had a significant problem during one of them: one of the interviewers had a very pronounced Asian accent, so much so that I understood only 50% of what he was saying to me. This threw me off balance enormously.
As for the rest of the interviews that morning, they went quite well.
I had to wait more than two weeks for feedback from Tobi (HR), which I don't think was right.
When I pointed out that the last phase of the interview was putting a lot of pressure on me, he told me that was the point. I think it's a shame to have this kind of recruitment philosophy, and it doesn't make me want to work under these conditions.
I especially wish I'd known about this beforehand to avoid going through the whole process. I would have known from the start that this wasn't what I was looking for in a company.
