Process
I was given a coding challenge on HackerRank.com. It was all about algorithms and data structures. I had a week to complete the coding challenge. I had specifically believed that the questions were going to be on JavaScript and programming in general.
In my experience, more and more companies are shifting towards algorithms and data structures. They no longer care about your skills as a developer.
For me, it was a wonderful experience. Having the chance means I am closer. It's time to skip everything and study algorithms.
