The interview process itself is fine, but the recruitment and engineering teams are shockingly bad. The recruitment team caused constant delays and miscommunication, scheduling wrong interviews and rescheduling them for three hours later with only ten minutes' notice, without even a call to confirm if that was acceptable. This rescheduling happened several times.

I actually do like the interview format overall, but many of the engineers are incompetent. One engineer didn't know how 'synchronized' in Java actually worked. I corrected them, and they were offended, marking this down in my feedback as "not knowing how Java works." I thought perhaps I was mistaken and later validated my understanding, only to find out I was completely correct. Astonishing!

They say you can use any language for one of the interviews, but I received negative feedback from that interviewer because they didn't understand everything I said in that language.

The interview itself is easy compared to other tech giants (like Google). However, I doubt the credentials and abilities of half of the people who interviewed me based on the feedback I received. This isn't bias on my part; they were simply weak engineers on a technical level.

With that being said, some of the engineers are obviously talented and nice. It is just too chaotic and a hit-and-miss experience with who you get.
