There were a few rounds:

OA: Take-home assignment.
Online behaviour interview.

The OA for a front-end intern asked medium-to-hard LeetCode questions using JavaScript, and there were hidden test cases. The online interview asked common behaviour questions.

Supportive colleagues and good pay, but opaque decision-making

Senior Frontend Developer • Former Employee

Pros: Nice people, good comp, good job stability, and a cool product that other people will know about. You can get by with relatively low effort if that's what you're into.

Cons: Often, there is a large disconnect between doing the right thing and doing the "get promoted" thing. High-level decision-making is very opaque to all but the most senior staff. Doomed or failed projects continue to be kept alive long after they should have been scrapped, and if you end up working on these, it is very sad.
