Cons: Deskilling experience. The development process is very sandboxed and doesn't allow a lot of freedom. Expect yourself to be working at a much lower speed due to bureaucracy and design-by-committee processes. Laughably outdated technology stack and extremely subjective code reviews that nitpick down to naming and empty lines. Non-polyglot environment: frontend is JavaScript and backend is Java. No idea when the stock options will become liquid. Feels like most of these reviews are misleading. Use the helpful counter to decide which ones are most close to reality. Tall poppy syndrome and toxic positivity are pervasive throughout the company.
