Pros: Has a great working from home policy.

Cons: The company is growing so quickly.

Pros: Good environment. Lots of stuff to learn. Definitely has one of the best work perks and benefits. Work-life balance.

Cons: No clear way of increasing your compensation. We have a role guideline, but it's not clear what your value to the company really is. You can improve yourself based on that role guideline, but I never received any significant compensation increase aside from the year-end increase, which is basically the value of inflation, if not, definitely close to it. It's possible for you to get additional shares, but that is subject to an N-year vesting. That means you need to stay for that long to obtain it, which I'm not sure if it's worth it to stay or to look for a different opportunity that would technically give you a value more than what you will get during those additional N years of stay. Basically, I'm saying that I feel I'm not financially secure if I stay here any longer.

Pros: Salary, money, pay, mula, paper.

Cons: Free time, work, money, time, game.
