Everything about this company is fantastic.
The people are intelligent, fun, and kind. There are no egos, and there is no attitude. There is no "boss-from-hell." Everyone is here to get the job done and make the world a better place because of it (and have fun doing it!).
The perks are also awesome, including:

If you're an engineer, like myself, you're going to be surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet. It's likely that anything you previously thought you were an expert at, someone here knows it better than you, and if not, you're probably worth hiring.

Keep doing what you're doing.
