A lot of young people got their senior positions from tenure rather than actual experience.

Next to no transparency regarding salaries. A "total rewards" document is simply not enough if you have no idea where you sit in your band.

Can only alleviate most benefits if you live in Sydney. I feel bad for a lot of the remote employees when eating my free lunch every day and going to free fitness classes every day.
