Process

The written exam is too easy, but when compared to the written interview, the process is a bit difficult. I prepared well, so I answered the questions with proper explanations. Finally, I liked the interview process because everyone is getting hired based on their subject knowledge.

Worst work culture for the Gurugram location

Associate Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: No pros, honestly. I had the worst experience.

Cons: These people, I don't want to name them, but these so-called TLs think keeping the employee on the bench and later giving them unpaid leave on the bench will solve their problems. They don't even have the humanity to consider how an employee who isn't financially strong would manage. Disgusted, absolutely the worst manager and TL I've found, who can't even cooperate with a genuine request.
