HR reached out to me regarding a role, and the interview was scheduled and completed as planned.
However, when I followed up for feedback, my calls were ignored and declined.
If professionalism is expected from candidates, it should also be demonstrated from the other end as well.
It could be a simple "No" rather than ghosting a candidate.
