My interview focused on my past experience. I received positive feedback regarding my knowledge of Microsoft products. However, it seems I wasn't what they were looking for, even though the role suggested candidates would be welcome to learn. I got the feeling, to be honest, that it was the same as with the other competitors CAP had.

Cons: I just wish the administration side of things was more organized. The resume repository is a SharePoint repository, and they will place you on the bench and not help you find another role in the company. Then they fire you and hire someone who does the same thing for a project they could have just put you on.
